The light fixture between the beds was not working. The TV was not working. The hallways were 81 degrees. The breakfast was lacking and again, the room temperature was 81 degrees and verified by looking at the digital thermostat. So, eating breakfast in the heat was miserable. The location in Bellmead, Tx is extremely superior and that is where we will stay from now on.

The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked. The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news. Overall, it was the worse two nights I have ever spent.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints involve the shower. I had booked a room with an open shower for those in a wheelchair without realizing. When we took a shower the water went EVERYWHERE!! We had a small lake on the floor flowing out the door. We had the curtain pulled and the shower head pointed as far in as it would go. The other concern was the temperature of the water. It was a chilly evening and the water was only lukewarm. Very unsatisfying.

As expected

My stay was as expected. With Holiday Inn, you get a certain standard that's more or less the same everywhere. It wasn't outstanding or exceptional, but the room was clean, and free parking was available.

The entire hotel was dirty, there was dirt and debris all over the floors, and dead crickets on the floor in the gym. The air conditioning was broken in the gym. When I checked into my room staff was quick and friendly but When I got to my room there were no washcloths or a hand towel. Breakfast was fine and parking was good.

Room was clean. A/C worked fine. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was a $15 charge after I checked out. It's only $15, so not worth my time and energy to dispute it, but just be aware to check your statement after your stay.

Everyone is very friendly and it’s a great location and a great area. Management needs to do a better job of keeping the parking lot clear of gravel and trash. Other than that I would highly recommend when staying in the area.
