For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. "The room lacked basic amenities, such as shampoo, a telephone, coffee, or tea. The towels were very old and of low quality. The curtains didn't work, and the floor lamp was broken. The power outlet was placed in the headboard at the place just above the pillow. Furthermore, the hotel was 20 20-minute drive from the city center.  I am considering asking Expedia for a full refund because they grossly misrepresented the hotel. "
