"Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "

"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. "Perfect location for the volcano"

"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. La piscina, campo da tennis supermarket ci sono ma non sono funzionanti. La distanza dal centro abitato è di circa 3 km , le spiagge balneabili sono a circa 1 km. e non esistono mezzi di...

"The view here is everything i dream.of for when i retire. Stunning views. Hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful and food was delicious and without all those horrible chemicals. All from the farm. The wine was a little too good and gave us some wonderful dreams ( sarcasm btw)"
