Very nice and clean hotel conveniently located. This time of year it did feel a bit like the staff was tired of tourists. Hard to get a smile put of anyone and due to tour busses that stopped here, they never seemed to have room for the hotel guests to dine at their restaurant in the evenings. You had to go somewhere else and on Monday evening it was hard to find anything else open.

Perfect location for my short stay packed with activities! Situated right at the train station and bus station that we needed to take for our day tours. Breakfast was good, better selection than the same chain in Stockholm that I am staying at right now. The room was spacious and clean. Was mostly quiet EXCEPT in the early morning when there was noise that sounded like someone was moving furniture around for at least half an hour, which woke me up earlier than needed. I was in room 340 and am not sure what was above my room— another guest room or common area.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The family room with bunks worked for us, but was a little cramped. Parking was easy in the connected garage. Overall nice hotel in excellent location.
