Gostaria de relatar uma situação que encontrei ao chegar no quarto. Percebi que o lençol da cama aparentava não ter sido trocado, pois estava com diversos fios de cabelo, claramente de outra pessoa. Isso me causou bastante desconforto, considerando os padrões de higiene esperados em um hotel.
Solicito, por gentileza, que providenciem a troca imediata da roupa de cama diariamente e reforcem a atenção com a limpeza e higienização dos quartos."
