According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. "Location: fantastic Age: old hotel with huge history and you will feel it. Lift was not working but staff is always ready to help and carry up all the bags. Separate Iron room. Pretty cold in the room, either extra heating needed - air conditioner; or enjoy the fresh air. Didn’t like bathroom because of the bath itself, but not shower box; super small sizes of the bathrobes Advantage: possible to add an extra sleeping space for a child (extra fee) Breakfast: ok, basic Spa: good!"
