"We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good with enough choice to fill you up and there’s coffee available in your room which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very helpful staff. The hotel was full making it difficult to find a parking spot when people park on 2 spots. Also there was a big group that made a lot of noise early morning."

"L’appartement est agréable et bien équipé. Plutôt calme cette fois ! Le logement était propre et la literie correcte même pour le canapé lit… dommage nous étions 4 et il y avait 3 grandes serviettes, 2 Tv et une seule télécommande ! Petit déjeuner modeste pour le prix."

"We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and quick visit to the Lake. Overall the hotel was okay but our first impression was a little discouraging, as it was located a little farther away than anticipated, perhaps that's our mistake. Don't be fooled by the local area and initial look of the hotel. The spa facilities were closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the decoration was a little odd in places, though nothing to be concerned about. When we arrived a nice lady checked us in but was on her own, so we had to wait for a while whilst she single-handedly managed the property. Perfect for a overnight stay but perhaps not for a long stay."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."

"Not easy to get in as the code given by hotels .com for reservation does not work on their system and you need to call and wait for a minimum of 30 minutes until someone answers and finds your reservation. Very tiny rooms. The breakfast was fine. Super basic."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely to have a pool, spa and gym too (although the gym was quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!"
