"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "Os funcionários são prestativos e à disposição, muito atenciosos. Mas o hotel é terrível. Café da manhã deficitário e quartos com falta de tomada e aparência de abandono. Em nosso quarto o ar condicionado estava pingando dentro, deixando a parede mofada. Se puder, fuja daqui!"
