"Pool water for kids was beyond cold, even for them. Breakfast that was paid for when reserving the room was adequate and hot. Parking was ample and safe. Hot water in the rooms had to run for about 10 minutes in order to get any to the shower."

"It was super dirty and dusty, The pillows and duvets looked as if they hadn't been washed in 50 years. And when I woke up in the morning, my throat was completely clogged. To be honest, it was a literally terrible room."

"The place was dirty for the standards id expected in Chicago lakeshore area especially by Michigan Avenue. Check-in was fully automated it took me somebtime to figure but once I did it was excellent. There also was a dirty couch in main hall area"
