"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. "It was our first visit to Luxembourg and our choice of hotel was just perfect - the hotel is situated in the historic centre, a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. We had a magnificent view from our balcony on the fifth floor. The room was impeccably clean, a complimentary fresh apple was a nice touch. The shower was newly refurbished, the bathroom lights modern and plentiful. Unfortunately, the Trianon bar was unexpectedly closed on Sunday night, so we were unable to sample the best cocktails in town - hopefully next time! Overall, Mr Cravat and his team made us feel at home, and we would certainly stay there again."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we only had one night to explore the city and this was the perfect base. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and helpful. There was an annual giant funfair starting the night we stayed and the hotel gave the children a toffee apple each to celebrate! Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Would love to have stayed longer!"
