Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... "Wie ich ankam, empfing mich ein Schild Ruhetag. Ich dachte das sei für die Laufkundschaft, aber nein keine Speisen oder Getränke zu erhalten. Ich wieder ins Auto und einen Gasthof gesucht, denn ich hatte Hunger. Das Zimmer ging. Am 2. Tag das selbe: Frühstück und danach war ich auf mich selbst gestellt. Also kein Urlaub!!!!! Ich verlange die Hälfte meiner Kosten für die Unterkunft zurück, da ich dort gezwungen war mich anderweitig zu versorgen."
