Con: pool and beach open too late and close too early, and you need to wear a cap at tge pool. No iron in the room. Grocery store only card payment."

"We booked 2 rooms for one night. The manager could not get the key cards to work and was smoking the entire time in the lobby while we were waiting. Once we got into the rooms we discovered that one of the rooms did not lock so we had to cram into the one room. In that room the windows did not close properly so the noise from outside was unbearable. "

"Absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and breakfast every morning was delicious! They made whatever we wanted—omelettes, eggs, coffee, and served with a variety of pastries, the freshest sliced tomatoes, and fruit right off the vine! Great location to our favorite restaurants and just a few blocks to the train station which made easy access to Sorrento! 💛"

"Do not stay here! We were supposed to stay here for 8 nights and left after 4. The apartment REEKS of sewage and is very tiny so you’re just living in the smell of sewage. We brought this up to the property managers and they were unable to help us or find a solution. We were never refunded for the nights that we had to leave early. "Inside the rooms was great! Elevator costs money so bring 10 cent Euro coins if you can’t do stairs. Train station was about a 7-10 minute walk. The buses nearby are great. One night we all got locked out of the building, about 10-12 people around midnight. Luckily the man at the pizza place across the street came over and worked on the door and got it to open. Keypad was broken. Very noisy so if you need quiet to sleep, bring earplugs. The person checking us in gave us earplugs...

"It was so difficult to access and taxi driver charged us 50 euro for 10 minute drive. We were said there is no towels, no shampoo, no soap, and no hair dryer. And the reception is gone after 9 o'clock. But what we didn't like most was no Wi-Fi at our banga rlow. We complained, but they didn't care so much. So we ended up changing the hotel on the next day, even thought they didn't refund it. It was such a terrible experience!"

"Antiche Mura was fabulous in every way! It is located a block off the main square with shopping galore steps away from the hotel yet quiet enough given its somewhat hidden location. Staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room since we arrived early with no rooms available. The pool and garden are picturesque- you can spend your day secluded from the city and enjoy the pool and garden amenities. The hotel room exemplified Sorrento with coastal blue colors and spacious for a European hotel. The buffet breakfast was top notch Ultimately the best part of the hotel is location, location, location! We would definitely return to stay here again in Sorrento!"

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! "

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."
