We had no issue but future patrons should know that there is no lift/elevator. Very highly recommended. The best hotel during our trip so far. Indeed, the bar has been set by this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel. Absolutely beautiful lounging areas with tons of windows overlooking the bay, with underground connecting tunnel to the Michelin restaurant and bar. We ate at the restaurant and also visited the bar. Excellent hospitality and quality. It was hard to leave."

"The room was clean, and the bathroom is small. Typical of what I have been seeing here in most hotels in Norway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as expected, the cooked items were barely warm and the scrambled eggs could have been cooked more. A ship pier is situated right next to hotel so you could get woken up by a ship at 1 AM!"
