"The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful.
Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the
pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time...

"From outside, the Pyramid Hotel looks cool, but old. But when you get inside, it is modern, clean and really a good atmosphere.
Only the
pool would need a renovation as well. It is good for swimming there, but not so much to relax.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the stuff friendly. My ask for a later checkout was approved without any additional costs :)

Clean and Quiet
"A very pleasant stay in a small room with a great city view. Breakfast was wonderful, all the food was top quality with lots of choices. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Room cabinetry and bath countertops still remain from the iron curtain era more than 30 years ago, and could use an update, though they are still fully functional. AC unit was most welcome on a 37 degree day but with large west-facing windows it couldn't keep up and we had to close the curtains. We were disappointed to discover the pool and spa had an extra fee of 20 euro per person, so we declined these nice activities that we had looked forward to."
