Overall a good experience.

Very good location. Great pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only downside was inappropriately dressed guests at breakfast time. A dress code should be enforced during meal times.

We absolutely loved the property. Room was okay. Wish they had a coffee maker or tea option. Breakfast was included, which was fabulous. Went for dinner there, I wouldn’t recommend! Go into the little town, 10 minute walk.

Rooms need to be updated asap. Dirty walls and ceilings, old dirty carpet, where you wouldn’t want to step on. We didn’t feel comfortable in the room. Reception staff was polite and welcoming at all. We have to mention the staff in the restaurant was really polite and helpful. Breakfast and lunch both were really good and based on the room ways better than we expected.

The staff at reception were friendly, let us check in early too which is great. Our room was lovely and clean with good view of pool and sea. Breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variation that’s all. Location is great, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. 1 star lost as on multiple occasions we had staff walk into our hotel room unannounced. Once whilst asleep and other late morning, firstly we had a do not disturb on the door and secondly its completely unacceptable to walk into a guests room especially without knocking. Overall a good hotel but sort the guest privacy out!

It is a nice waterfront location, but the carpets are filthy, the staff is not helpful, we reserved a room with a queen and a twin that apparently does not exist, the food at the restaurant was horrible. We did not stay here and incurred the expense of a replacement property. If you need a cheap place and don’t mind the above, this is the place.

Good hotel, good food, direct access into crystal

Enjoyable family holiday, room was comfortable, cool and clean, pool area was clean, usual scramble for sun beds with many lying empty with towels on for most of the day. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Seating indoors or outdoors right by the sea. Plenty of shaded areas under mature pine trees. All in all a great holiday, the only niggle was our room was on the ground floor and there was some noise with people talking at the reception desk which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning

Petit sejour de 4 jours mis juin. Personnel qui essaie de faire de son mieux pour satisfaire le client. Tres bonne emplacement. Deux batiments, terrasse, piscine et place au pied. Commerces, restaurants et glacier a quelque pas en bord de mer. Les points a améliorer : flyer des horaires des activités sur place, dont le petit déjeuné a placer dans les chambres. Meilleurs organisation sur le déjeuné. Certaines problématiques: l'insonorisation des pieces adjacentes, les frais de parking supplémentaires non indiqués

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal! Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos auf der Website. Unser Bad mussten wir bei Bezug des Zimmers noch einmal reinigen lassen, da noch „Andenken“ des vorherigen Gastes an verschiedenen Stellen waren. Lief aber alles zügig und reibungslos. Anschließend entsprach auch alles unseren Ansprüchen. Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inklusive, was sehr reichhaltig ist aber auch klar auf Maße ausgelegt (Plastikstühle, billiger Saft etc.). Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber aus unserer Sicht.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) direkt beim Hotel. Die Liegen direkt am Pool sind in der Regel schnell belegt, jedoch genügend Platz auf der umliegenden Wiese, wo auch genug Naturschatten ist. Ich würde empfehlen einen Gelsenstecker mitzubringen.

Modern but poor in comparison to others

New hotel with clean rooms, great pool and views from room. Disappointing no blackout blind so you are awake at sunrise as the curtain may well have not been there. If you didn’t wake up early with the light the cleaners certainly will ensure you don’t sleep past 8am. No free pool towels nor a deposit scheme, 35 kuna each time to swap.

Our room overlooked a derelict building site, the room was not clean (stains on bedding and glassware) when we raised a complain we were told that management would look into it and move us to another room but nothing ever happened! So much for an Expedia VIP hotel - please avoid!

Ottima location, struttura seminuova ma già segnata da incuria e manutenzioni di scarso livello. Personale estremamente gentile e servizievole ma penalizzato dalla struttura carente sugli aspetti strutturali. Ottimo il ristorante, vario l’assorbimento con una qualità giusta rispetto alle cifre richieste. Piscina inadeguata per la capienza della struttura, liti continue tra gli ospiti per accaparrarsi le sdraio gestite in numero insufficiente per poi essere penalizzati da chi le sdraio le tiene occupate tutto il giorno senza peraltro essere presente. Nel complesso una buona soluzione ma gli importi richiesti sono sproporzionati al livello di servizio offerto, troppo cari!

Durchschnittliches Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. In 10 min ist man im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind ok. Das Bad ist relativ klein und einfach gehalten. Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr sauber und schön. Der Zugang zum Meer ist nicht optimal (Stein und Beton). Mühsam sind die besetzten Liegestühle, welche bereits morgens früh durch die anderen Hotel-Gäste besetzt sind. Sonnenschirme sind nur am Pool verfügbar. Die Liegestühle sind aus Holz und daher sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück ist gut. Grosse Auswahl. Es hat nicht allzuviele Tische. Die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag ordentlich gemacht. Die Reinigung des Badezimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im Hotel ein kleines Mittagessen einzunehmen.

Vrijednost za cijenu.

Objekat je prvi red do mora, ima vanjski bazen. Doručak klasični kao i u večini hotela. Što se tiče čistoće nemam nekih primjedbi, osoblje ljubazno.

Tutto perfetto,ma le camere......

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo da ogni punto di vista sia per la pulizia,che per il cibo della eccezionale colazione.La piscina ed il parco ben tenuti e puliti.Se posso fare un appunto è per le dimensioni delle camere piccole e per l'esiguità degli armadi dove attivare i bagagli.Questo,a mio parere,non è da classificare come 4*,ma come 3*.
