Kind receptionists, reasonable price in relation to the general quality of the service, room was cleaned accurately every day, nice and relaxing sea view from the room. The hotel is located 5km away from the downtown, so it is an optimal solution if you are looking for a relaxing hotel, far from the downtown noise. Breakfast variety might be enhanced.

Basic hotel did the job for a few days not longer

It's a very basic budget hotel so wasn't expecting a lot. Has parking but is limited but easiest one to park on street outside if needed, we've seen. No offer of pool towels at check in or in room, happened to see guy opening pool bar and asked. Note he disappears for 2 hours or more In afternoon. Pool was nice but windy corner so couldn't use umbrellas. Rooms basic but did the job. Very small. They need to remove the large unusable wardrobes and desks and modernise. Breakfast is buffet and was ok.

This hotel is at best a 2 stars, definitely not 4

Parking is terrible — just behind the building, with no marked spaces, so everyone parks however they want. At reception they spent about 20 minutes looking for our reservation, demanding that we show the confirmation on our phone and even turn on a translator for them. Neither at check-in nor in the room were we offered even a glass of water as a welcome drink. The hallways were dark, with the lights turned off (probably to save on electricity), and the same goes for the air conditioning. When we entered the room, it was 30 degrees inside. The room itself was awful: old furniture, uncomfortable beds, bed linen with holes and stains. The towels were not white but gray and almost see-through. Breakfast was terrible as well — not even regular butter, only some kind of margarine substitute. This hotel is at best a 2-star, definitely not 4.

Ça passe mais pas génial

Nous étions en chambre supérieure donc état de la chambre globalement très correcte. Beau panorama, petit balcon. Dans un bout de l’artère plutôt calme, le début de l’avenue est une horreur touristique. Petits restos sympas juste à côté, supermarché à 10 minutes à pieds. La balade le long de la mer est tout récent et agréable. Dans les ponts négatifs, artère devant bruyante, bcp De circulations et les fenêtres ne sont pas top. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger ben venez pas du tout dans cette station balnéaire car tout est centré sur la route de côte qui est bruyant le soir (grosses cylindrées, kékés etc…). Sans atteindre des niveaux ahurissants, les parties communes de l’hôtel sont vieillottes (rococo années 70). La piscine est globalement correcte, propre, serviette et bar à disposition. La plage est petite (pas forcément un problème), en galets (ça c’est bien) et la mer est plutôt belle. Peut dej plutôt insipide. Donc globalement ça passe mais c’est pas génial.

L’hôtel ne correspond plus aux 4 étoiles En effet personnel non aimable et ne dit même pas bonjour ! La chambre hormis la vue sur la mer mais derrière une baie vitrée simple vous entendez tous les bruits. La Sdb très vétuste et douche fuyante. Je ne vous parle même de la literie exécrable( lumbago en 3 jours pour nous 2). Climatisation commune trappe au sol laissant passer bruits et odeur du tabac de certains en plus celle-ci est coupée la nuit ce qui est dur lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Piscine vieillissante liner commence à se décoller. La plage privative avec matériel vieillissant également. Petit dej peut être gratuit vu la qualité des produits, café machine au goût d’un soluble, thé chimique …

Helt ok men ikke noe mer!

Hotellet var helt ok, men ikke noe mer. Rommet med havutsikt var bra, og utsikten var fabelaktig. Vi hadde først et rom mot fjellet og det var helt forferdelig, trangt og altfor høy musikk fra bassengområdet. Heldigvis fikk vi endret (mot betaling) til havutsikt. Frokosten var noe av det værre jeg har vært bort i, og spesielt kaffen var dårlig. Heisen var veldig langsom så vi gikk trappene til 4 etg, forsåvidt god mosjon, men ikke noe for folk som er dårlig til beins. Internett var også usedvanlig svakt.

Hotellet är under uppfräschning och vissa rum verkar helrenoverade, rummet var okej skick. Fanns att önska kring service och bemötande dock flera väldigt serviceinriktade. Smutsig pool och dålig service gällande poolhanddukar. Varning för den s k egna stranden, ej badvänligt. Kommer kunna bli fantastiskt när de renoverar klart. Långt avstånd till Vlorë stad o restauranger.

Dejligt hotel, hvis man bestiller havudsigt, dem med bjergudsigt var lidt trætte. Det meste af personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Kan godt bo der igen, selvom det er en lang gå tur til byen. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men frisk.

La promozione beffa di Hotels.com

La camera che ho acquistato sul vostro sito Hotels.com non corrispondeva a quella che mi è stata assegnata dall'hotel: in sostanza ho pagato per una camera superior ed ho ricevuto una standard. Ho controllato con i responsabili dell'hotel la comunicazione e la descrizione della stanza che voi di Hotels.com avete inviato a me, per conferma della prenotazione, e a loro, per riservarmi la stanza e non coincidevano. Di fatti, al momento della mia prenotazione, mi avete venduto in (finta) promozione una sistemazione superior vista mare e all'hotel avete comunicato una camera matrimoniale vista spiaggia senza nessuna specificazione. Questa si chiama truffa. All'hotel hanno comunque cercato di venirmi incontro assegnandomi una superior vista montagna, ma era molto più piccola e meno bella della sistemazione che avevo scelto. Trovo incredibile la superficialità /malafede con cui Hotes.com ha gestito la mia prenotazione. Vergogna.

Sea front hotel.

Nice sea side hotel with well turned out rooms with sea facing balconies. Hotel has parking and a long restaurant terrace facing the sea. There is a road between the hotel and the sea front, but still nice.
