"From the moment I arrived, I felt very well. The breakfast was fantastic and the service excellent. "

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

"Very convenient for airport, with free shuttle,staff and reception, rooms, bar restaurants excellent, lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. "

"Couldn’t sleep. Windows dont dampen sound on a major artery. Cars, music, people talking on the street 3 floors down kept us up all night"

"The staff was super nice and always taking care of us. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are not in a very good shape, the sheets of our bed where stain, the pillows were super flat and I didn’t feel that comfortable with the cleaning. The location was good if you are going to the American Embassy because you can walk but besides that is not very close to all the main tourist things."
