"The place was nice, especially the outdoors, but inside it was quite hot. They say they have central air conditioning, but it felt like no AC at all. That made the stay uncomfortable especially in this hot summer. "

"While nothing is “normal” during COVID, Le Onde resort did a great job of making us feel like we were actually getting away. The seemingly paired down staff were very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. We chose Le Onde for the location (near the hot springs, towns, lake bolsena), and because it had a restaurant (there are currently restrictions on evening dining). "It rained hard while we were there so stayed in room a lot. They forgot to give us the wifi password and we did not see the person again who could give it to us. The water pressure was very low. The breakfasts were very good"

"I cannot event comment on my stay because the hotel was closed when i got there. I tried calling the hotel during the day and there was no answer but we went there anyway. It was difficult to locate and we drove by it several times not realized it was not opened and there was a gate that was padlocked closed. It was really upsetting."
