"The air conditioning was not the best. I understand turning it off during the because of electricity prices, but in a hot summer like this year, for travellers just arriving from overseas for a cruise and needing a nap, it was hard to sleep. The restaurant has a huge menu and the food and wine were good and not expensive. Allesandro was great. He is a great hotel manager. He helped us get a ride to the cruise port and to arrange a ride when we return from the cruise to go to the Rome airport."

"Great location! The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is a challenge, but that’s what you get at the center of an ancient city! Would definitely recommend this hotel to be in the center of the cute town of Orvieto."

"The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."

"An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!"

"This hotel has the best staff I have ever personally encountered. I am staying here due to a medical emergency that occurred with my mother. They have been beyond helpful, caring and understanding! I cannot thank them enough and can’t give a high enough rating. 5 Stars just isn’t enough for how incredible they have been. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and they address any issues immediately!! Highly recommend staying here!"
