"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning.
