The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only negative thing during my stay was that I was unable to connect to their Wifi, despite repeated attempts and complaints to the hotel reception, who kept trying but couldnt get the wifi to work."

"Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. I requested extra towels which were immediately provided. I also requested grace time for late checkout which was also accepted but I didn't need to use it as...
