The staff is friendly. Sanaa's services were particularly appreciated .
My room was never cleaned after check in till I checked out. A gentleman at the reception was very rude on first day of stay. Look for bilingual staff to manage the reception.

Hôtel is outside of town nearest town is more then a mile away no restaurants or public transit at walking distance . if will be using uber to get to town no shops at walking distance . If you are traveling and have your own vehical it’s fine for price but washrooms are separate like community washrooms not attached . no towels . it’s mostly designed for worker crews. Working for some company that pays for accommodating workers .
Had to pay for the room even though I’d already paid via the hotels.com website. Code keypad for the room wasn’t working, so we had to ask reception to open each time. Had to wait 30 minutes on one occasion. Hotel didn’t supply towels and wanted to charge for towels
Odd location for a hotel, nothing nearby, no sidewalks and fast vehicles on roadway. Loud, almost like there was no staff onsite. No cleaning of washrooms and no towels provided.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I stayed here three days and found this place to be oneof the worst lodgings in my time staying in 60 plus countries. Dirty, communal bathrooms and toliets, bad vibes, no check in service between 10-6:30 and terrible location all contributed to a horrible experience!
I would ask that Expedia delist this place from options available to protect customers from bad experiences

Hotels.com need to supply a code for self check in
After travelling for hours on New Year's day, I just wanted somewhere to rest my head after a long drive. Arriving at midnight, a key code is required for check in (which is supposed to be sent via email, but wasn't). Long story short 20 minutes standing in the dark and cold, managed to get checked in. I particularly liked the paper thing walls - the good rodgering dished out to the lady of the night (in the room next door) was nothing short of amazing. Well done sir. I also liked the modern sink shaped toilet in the room (complete with yellow stains). I'd stay again if I was in the same situation. Served a purpose.
This is not a hotel. Do not book again. They don’t answer the email. Is a scam. My money was taken and the hotel never answer my emails as it doesn’t exist. Totally unprofessional, was scary to go to that hotel or house whatever it is, if it exists.
The hostal has a self check-in service in which the guests have to enter the reservation code that is supposed to be received via email, when this reservation are made through Hotels .com there is no hostal reservation code sent to guestsre, only the internal website confirmation code, the person responsible for the hostal assumed that I knew the check-in process and that I received the reservation code via email, which I didn't, he was very rude and unprofessional, he didn't even properly explain the check-in process and on top of that, he had a broken english, and protended that I had to speak french. He made me wait for more than an hour because 'he had things to do' so, apparently whatever he was doing was more important than helping a guest to check-in. I had to contact the website support to get the Hostal reservation code for their self check-in machine. I was coming from Geneva, Switzerland, so I had a 30-mins walk from the last bus stop to get there, I was tired and didn't need to get such a bad customer service.
J'ai demandé plusieurs jours avant le sejour sur le site d'hotel.com les modalités pour une arrivée tardive et n'ai eu aucune réponse. Les modalités sur le site ne fonctionnait pas.
Nous sommes arrivé a 1h00 du matin et impossible de prendre la chambre sur la borne car le numéro de réservation confirmé par hôtel.com ne fonctionnait pas !
J'ai dû appeler le service d'urgence d'Accor et après plusieurs tentatives j'ai enfin eu qq au tel qui a appelé le veilleur de nuit qui nous a ouvert et donné une chambre vers 2h00 du matin...
En conclusion c'est une très mauvaise expérience surtout pour les dysfonctionnement rencontrés pour ka réservation sur hotel.com
Vuile kamer , badkamer en toiletten . Beperkte ontbijt ( geen ontbijt). Geen handdoeken voorzien , geen zeep of shampoo in badkamer, geen toiletpapier etc .
Niet aangeraden om te gaan.

Bonsoir, le boîtier à l’entrée ne trouvait pas notre réservation. L’angoisse quand c’est tard avec des enfants…. Pas de papiers toilette, ni de produits de douche…. Ni linge. Et dans la douche vous êtes chanceux si vous avez un pommeau de douche…. Lits non fait. Et il manquait un oreiller. La catastrophe…… un des pires hôtel de ma vie….
Le code de réservation numérique ne fonctionne pas, heureusement un veilleur de nuit nous a ouvert. Très mauvaise surprise la chambre empestait la cigarette et le tabac alors que l'hôtel est non fumeur... Odeur persistante et nauséabonde. Nous avons écourté la nuit.
Horrible la chambre c’est limite une cellule de prison. A ce prix là c’est inadmissible PLUS JAMAIS

Cette fois ci impossible de trouver une douche qui fonctionne correctement !!!!
Eau brulante !! Pas possible de la regler et de pouvoir en prendre une !
