Om 7.30 uur nog niemand aanwezig voor het ontbijt, wat van 7.00 tot 10.00 uur zou zijn. Belgische gasten hadden gebeld en misschien zou er iemand om 8.00 uur zijn. Schandalig voor een doorreishotel. Geld voor het ontbijt wil ik terug.

Les arbustes ne sont pas taillés on se les prends dans la figure pour aller à la chambre avec les valises à la main. Chambre vétuste. Les vis du volet roulant ne tiennent plus. Il n'y avait qu'une seule dosette de café pour 2; Pas de sucre. Pas de restauration. Seul point positif il y a un chauffage électrique dans la SDB. Déçu par cet établissement qui ne correspond à cette chaine de restau et hÎtels

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s tard, le code fourni par sms pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ© Ă©tait erronĂ©, personne ne rĂ©pondait au numĂ©ro d’urgence prĂ©vu Ă  cet effet. Nous sommes donc restĂ©s jusqu’à minuit dehors. La chambre Ă©tait sale, aucune serviette n’était fournie aussi bien pour se doucher que pour le sĂ©cher les mains. Pire nuit dans un hĂŽtel depuis trĂšs longtemps.

HÎtel décevant.

Ma femme Ă©tant en situation handicap reconnue par la MDPH nous avions demandĂ© une chambre PMR. Celle ci a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© a un jeune sans handicap qui voulait ĂȘtre au RDC et nous, avons eu une chambre normal pas trĂšs accessible. Sans compter que la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Et pourtant j'ai Ă©tĂ© leur dire et ils n'ont rien fait. Cela est loin d'ĂȘtre un trois Ă©toiles.

Bon séjour reposant

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble hÎtel à rafraichir car un peu vieillot mais confortable. Il serait bon d'installer une douche à l'italienne dans les chambres car pour des personnes d'un certain age difficile de monter dans la baignoire sinon tout etait correct.

Établissement bien situĂ© PossibilitĂ© de Parking non fermé  La Chambre Ă©tait vieillotte avec radiateur d’appoint car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ou plus ! (On a mit un peu de temps Ă  rĂ©chauffer l’espace ) Il y’avait des petits insectes dans la chambre et la salle de bain . La salle de restaurant est plus rĂ©cente et plus agrĂ©able Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait correct Ă  dĂ©plorer les machines Ă  boissons chaudes en panne ! Il eut Ă©tĂ© judicieux de mettre quelques bouilloires Ă  disposition de la clientĂšle pour au moins boire un thĂ© ou un cafĂ© soluble !

Horrible week-end

Pas trĂšs bien une seule personne pour nous recevoir et rĂ©gler les problĂšmes que nous avons rencontrĂ© ( porte bloquĂ©e,chauffage inexistant,salle de bain avec tuyau de douche percĂ© , fuite importante du lavabo pieds dans l’eau et le comble coupure gĂ©nĂ©rale d’électricitĂ© et donc pas de petit dĂ©jeuner, l’horreur đŸ˜©
