"Was upgraded to a suite with a balcony and it was fantastic other than the Aircon could not cool the room down and all reception could offer was a separate plug in fan. In the morning going to the bathroom we realised that the mirror is heated and was very hot and may have been to blame for the heating of the room.
The pool, sauna and steam room was a nice touch to relax in and the airport shuttle really helpful.
Restaurants was ok for dinner better for breakfast with the prices reasonably set.
On the whole good for the night either after arriving in Verona or before flying out or a convention / business trip
Would I use again yes but keep the bathroom door closed."
"Hotel in good location near airport. Breakfast good room good service good. Air con fixed at 24.9. Could do with some ability to control this. Car parking ok. Overall good value hotel for what I paid. Great if travelling around by car."
"unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. The only thing i would strongly recommend is using really good insect repellent, we got eaten alive during the nights. Looking for our next eurocamps trip already."
"When we checked in the one staff person was friendly and helpful in finding a place to eat! The room was clean and comfortable. It totally met our needs. I would stay there again for sure!"
"This hotel turned out to be a balance of trade-offs. I only chose this 3-star property for its convenient location in the city center and because the 4-star hotel nearby was sold out. When I arrived at the train station in the pouring rain, I was unable to get a taxi to the hotel. I called the hotel and was told there was nothing they could do. I was completely stranded. Finally, I asked if the desk clerk could call the taxi for me. She did, and a car came within two minutes. From then on, everyone at the desk was very helpful, suggesting good restaurants and helping me find my way around Mantova. The room was large but plainly furnished like an old-fashioned hostel, with white painted wooden furniture, but everything was clean. The big plus was the view from a tiny window overlooking the lovely piazza. Oddly, breakfast was served a few hundred meters away at their sister hotel, 4-star Ca' Uberti Palace, which is much nicer but was completely sold out when I had tried to reserve. The breakfast had the standard Italian buffet options, but the dining room was lovely and worth the walk across the piazza in the morning sun. And the conveiwnce to all the sites I wanted to visit was excellent. On balance, the pluses outweigh the minuses, and for the price, I'm glad I stayed there."
