"Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Elva has a restaurant as part of the premises. I ordered Wiener schnitzel, my son Goulash, was perfect. The red wine we were recommended was also...

"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. "The residence is actually hosted by Hotel Lüsnerhof which we ended staying at. A beautiful mountain resort with a superb spa and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We can only recommend upgrading to stay at the Hotel - it’s an experience well worth the money."

"Excellent and quiet stay for our one night in Bressanone with easy walk to town center. The hotel is very elegant and the breakfast buffet was nice. We stayed in the annex and it was a little challenging to wheel our bags, but doable. I wish the bar would have stayed open a little longer so that we could have had a drink after dinner. Overall, very nice stay. "

"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options. We really enjoyed this stay!"

"Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. "
