"First romantic holiday with my partner, spent £130+ on the valentine room. The whole hotel was filthy and staff extremely unhelpful. The room was VERY dirty, finger marks all over the mirrors and windows, dirt on the back of doors, a mushroom growing out of the mirror!!! The wardrobe door didn't open so no place to store clothes the blinds out of the balcony type seating area did not open, the shower dribbled and the water was freezing! The hotel had 2 'restaurants' stating they serve separate...

"This is a budgeted hotel No ambience no maintanence/upkeep No difference between deluxe and premier rooms except one fridge There were some summer insects in room The breakfast person told us to stir the tea with butter knife Huh ?? We stayed for 2 nights Our purpose was served but just accomodated ourselves Cant relax !the only pluspoint its in the middle of market and Restaurant Anju coco having good food is next to it"

"What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides."

"This is a modern hotel, slightly away from Port Blair. It takes an auto about twenty to twenty five minutes to reach the Cellular Jail. The best thing about the hotel is its staff, who are friendly and helpful. Their WiFi is very slow. For that matter even on your mobile phone internet access is very slow and there hardly any 4G coverage in the island"

"Cons: Wifi was there but no internet. And corridor and bathroom had bad smell. And TV remotes were broken. Pros: Good room and TV network. Staff was courteous. Stay was overall pleasant."

"The hotel was a big disappointment. We stayed here for 1 night and had booked 3 rooms. There was no ventilation in the rooms and all the rooms were smelly. There were also cockroaches in the rooms. When we complained no action was taken. The hotel is family run and the hotel staff is highly unprofessional. The hotel also refused to accept credit card payment and we had to run around for an ATM. All in all for the hefty price we paid - this hotel was a big rip off."
