"Wonderful hotel along the Camino! Great breakfast, laundry facilities, clean tidy rooms, exceptional service from front desk and staff. Would recommend highly to anyone going to Melide!"

"The hotel itself was fine, we just had a poor experience. We stayed for one night as a stopover before an early morning flight but booked here based on it having a pool so we were really disappointed to find the whole outdoor area wasn’t open for the season yet. This also meant the hotel was still in ‘winter mode’ and the air conditioning wasn’t available in the rooms despite it being almost 30 degrees. This made the room unbearable at night. We booked a room for one adult and two teenagers and were given a room with two small double beds which added to the uncomfortable nights sleep. We had an early alarm call for our flight on very little sleep as a result. "

"A nice room with access to the shopping centre. Breakfast was of quality though I missed having a proper cooked breakfast, only bacon and scrambled eggs available "

"Bizarrely my bathroom toilet had a bidet in the way of the toilet, so you couldn’t sit straight, also there was a pillar at the end of the bed, so it was very difficult to walk around the twin bed. Rather bizarre design errors. Otherwise not bad"

"Have stayed there a number of times over the years. It is convenient for me and good price. However, this time the service wasn’t good. The staff were pleasant but were over stretched covering both the kitchen and reception, which meant having to wait for both things. The breakfast was cold despite being kept in the warmers. Didn’t dare taking much scrambled eggs as it wasn’t sufficient. "

"Great option for those walking the Camino — it’s a little out of the way, but a taxi can easily get you there. The hotel sits in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, making it a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The spa receptionist couldn’t have been more rude, making us feel unwelcome from the start. Breakfast was also poor, with a very limited selection and low quality. The setting is lovely, but both the service and food need serious improvement."
