The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on. Massive amount of Russian tourists, we were the only English speakers within the resort, which made it a very difficult stay. "

The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request. "
