The front desk followed me to my room and held the door of my room open with her hand. I had every right to privacy. Just so I could show her my ID. Once I showed it to her she then allowed the door to close. This was all Because we asked for a late checkout and our room key refused to work even during our paid stay."

"Room smelled cigarettes and no phone in the room to call hotel. It wasn’t the cleanest room, but it was ok. We had to open up window to air out the smoke. And there was a lot of people who looked like homeless living there. Quiet at night and elevator didn’t work. This hotel was not what it was like when I lived in Fresno. It used to be nice and clean now it’s really run down. It’s good if you are only staying one night. "
