Buen hotel y atencion. Lamentablemente el segundo dia no habia agua caliente por lo que tuve que dejar el hotel y abandonar y perder mi reserva de la tercera noche. Ademas nadie me aviso lo del agua lo que me genero un problema personal importante. Para la tercera noche tuve que mudarme de hotel. Lamentable

Es un hotel muy bien situado en Viña del Mar en una zona muy céntrica, muy tranquila y con buenas opciones para comer cerca a la playa. Un hotel muy agradable. Se ofrece un desayuno buffet variado y también ofrece los días de la semana. Un almuerzo tipo buffet, muy sabroso.

The room was beautiful and clean. Also, the Complementary coffee was delicious . However, the door stopper was a major tripping hazard. To be specific, once you close the entry door, the stopper just stays on the floor and gets on the way to use the closet. I tripped twice with it. I highly suggest that gets change before someone gets hurt.
