Grande decepção

Passamos por um estresse com essa hospedagem, ao chegar no hotel, dia 31/12, dia de Reveillon, a recepcionista nos informou que não havia nenhuma reserva em nosso nome, mostrei a reserva feita aqui pelo Hoteis.com e ela me respondeu que não tem nenhum tipo de contrato com nenhum site, e pouco se importou com minha situação, em pleno dia 31 e não ter onde ficar. Achei muito estranho ela não ter contrato com vcs, pois não parece ser um hotel muito conhecido e como vcs teriam acesso às fotos, endereço, condições dos quartos, etc... Eu sempre faço minhas reservas através de vcs e nunca tive problema, e fiquei assustada com a situação e sem saber o que fazer. Sugiro que vcs retirem eles do site, pois mais gente pode passar pelo que eu passei.

Hotel barato con excelente ubicación

El hotel está en pleno centro, super bien ubicado, puedes ir a la Quinta Vergara caminando en 5 minutos y está a 3 cuadras del terminal de buses, hay supermercados y farmacias a 1 cuadra y las playas están a 10-15 minutos caminando. Quizás no es un hotel elegante y sus servicios distan mucho de ciertos estándares, pero la ubicación compensa demasiado (al final de cuentas es solo para dormir).
