"L’endroit ne vaut clairement pas son prix les tentes sont toutes extrĂȘmement proches les une des autres et nous ne sentons pas apaiser de plus les photos ne sont pas ressemblantes aux logements le logement est vraiment moins bien que les photos et le petit dĂ©jeuner ne vaut clairement pas son prix il ne s’agit que de choses congelĂ©es qui sont d’ailleurs mal dĂ©congeler et encore dur et des jus des plus bas de gamme ne prenez surtout de pas le petit dĂ©jeuner Pour finir l’endroit est en rĂ©alitĂ©...

"I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
