Great views over the valley and good facilities - with a few small tweaks it's be perfect: like a better internet connection (very slow in where we stayed) or an annoying ski box arrangement (you have to pick up a key in the reception every time)

Good choice for the money, especially with 5 or +
Nice hotel. Room was clean and roomy for our family of 5. Price was very reasonable for what you get. It is off the main highway about 10 miles+ so you do drive for a while into the mountains, but it's a beautiful drive. We ate in Cavalese which is a very nice little town less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

Hidden cost
I have been asked to pay the extra 140 euros, allegedly for towels and sheets. Such charges are not mentioned anywhere and I was unpleasantly surprised. I can not stand the hidden costs and I think that neither Expedia should not work with these hotels. Club Residence is nice 3 star hotel and everything was OK. Nice food.

Baby club e animazione sempre divertenti. Ristorante come sempre da bocciare, purtroppo. Tempi di attesa biblici, prezzi alti e servizio mediocre. Sauna top, piscina ok. Camere sempre adeguate. Il bilancio è positivo ma c’è margine di miglioramento. Soprattutto sul cibo.
