"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"The host didn't reply to criticism, like there was nothing to do the dishes with (no soap or dishwasher tablets), the safety box didn't work and the microwave was broken. Very bad in my opinion. You also needed to take a photo of your ID as well as deposit money to the host, like you where about to trash the place up even more, though I doubt that's possible to do."

We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. A revoir la literie (matelas mousse qui s'affaisse) le linge est propre tout comme l'appartement par contre il y avait cette odeur de tabac froid pas terrible. "The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."
