The bell boy was absolutely the best. The front desk check in was horrible. We arrived after 3 pm which is check in time and our room was not available. We literally waited 1.5 hours for our room, this was unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and were upgraded within 1/2 an hour. We planned this trip months ago, we are Marriott bonvoy members.

Outside the front of the hotel a raw sewage line has been broken for weeks and continues to spill raw sewage out onto the street. Enough sewage that cars entering the hotel were still wet from driving through the sewage. Very embarassing situation for the hotel.
