Great night

The only thing I can say that needs to be fix is the bed was very hard and was not comfortable at all but overral was great. Keep in mind is in downm town so is little bit loud.

The hotel was renovated on the walls, but the furniture is all old including the AC that is noisy compared to modern AC. The staffs is terrible, i asked to keep my luggage and the bellboy never came... after waiting one hour i asked again and they call him and this time i just wait like 10min. The electronic key does not work, so i walked down for a new one. They reset the key but this does not work. Fortunately, the cleaning lady open the room for us. I ask for sending a new key... but it never came. So, typical complains that the staff ignore request is true. The hotel is overprice... for what you get. There is better options around. The check out i have to wait nearly until 3pm for my room... sounds fair right? Well not, turn out they got a room and even i was there waiting they do not give me any room until i asked. Overrall. I would avoid this hotel.

Aunque la reserva se hizo al instante que nos presentamos en el hotel, cumplimos a rigor los tiempos de espera del sistema para validar nuestra reserva, primero nos dijeron que no teniamos el desayuno incluido, sin embargo, se reviso acorde a lo promocionado en expedia y nos aplicaron el desayuno continental incluido, posterior nos asignan las habitaciones 218 y 219 ninguna de las llaves (tarjetas) funcionaba, el bell boy tuvo que buscar asistencia del personal de mantenimiento, tuvimos ahi una espera de 10 min o un poco mas, de ahi me cambiaron de habitacion de la 219 a la 215, esa si abrio la tarjeta aunque con trabas pero abrió, inmediatamente nos percatamos que no teniamos luz en la habitacion otra espera, nos encontramos una pequeña cucaracha en el baño, y por primera vez en un hotel no tiene amenidades en el baño como jabon y shampoo, lo que habia era un gel de ducha colocado en el area de lavamanos y no lo podiamos usar, y en la ducha directamente teniamos dos botes rigidos de gel para manos, Pagamos una estancia cara para la calidad de las instalaciones,

El elevador no servía Me dieron la tarjeta para ingresar a la habitación y no sirvió y tuve que ir a la recepción a que la modificaran al siguiente día lo mismo. Solicite factura no me la proporcionaron argumentando que es hasta mi salida. Me retire y me llegó incorrecta. La reserva la hice en EXPERIA y fue por un monto y el hotel me realizó la factura por otro monto. Menciona que incluye desayuno el cual no fue proporcionado. Hou aún no puedo recibir solución con respecto a mi factura. El check -inn es exacto a las 15hrs no antes El aire acondicionado algo ruidoso, pero nada que adecte. Si es por vacaciones supongo puede ser aceptable pero si es por trabajo noya que tampoco tiene buena cobertura de WiFi

Excelente personal, sin embargo las instalaciones son muy viejas y el aire acondicionado enfriaba mucho y no se podía cambiar, si lo apagaba no se soportaba el calor. Además en la página se ofertaba la noche con desayuno incluido pero al realizar la reservación resulta que no lo incluía
