"The hot tub was one of the best that we've seen. The breakfast was just so so and the staff didn't seem at all concerned about helping get the food in order. The counter around the food was messy and when you needed a fork or spoon you had to remind the staff to put more on the counter. In addition, the shower head in our room was broken so water sprayed everywhere."

"They couldn’t find our reservation even though we paid in advance. The place was under construction while we were there and had no warning about it. There was black mold in the bathroom. The free breakfast was not worth being free, we went out every morning."

"The breakfast offered a lot of variety but the taste was not very good. The fitness center had no free weights and both treadmills were out of order. Vending machines were out of order as well. "

"Room was clean and very nice! Bed was comfortable. The curtains actually kept the sunlight out in the early morning! Water pressure in the shower was great!! Water was extremely hot and there was plenty of it for a long shower!! Breakfast was nice!! Coffee was really good!! Staff was friendly! "

"Family friendly. Lots of kids running amok in the hallways. 1 elevator was down during our visit which was very annoying and made for long wait times."
