"We were looking for a pet friendly room for a family of 6 people. This hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in they gave us little bags of treats for the pups. And when we got in the room and saw that there wasn't enough towels, I just went to the front desk to ask for more and they got more for us. No hassle or asking us to swap out old towels for new ones. We ended up booking the loft suite which was beautiful! The staircase in the room was such a nice feature.
