"I literally called down at nearly 2 AM as people were in the lobby making a TON of noise. You can see by the slope of the roof that the noise carries up to the 4th floor. It was like listening to all of the conversations outside of your door. They did their best, but it never stopped. At one point, there was a small child (4-5 years old talking with people and running around. It's inexpensive but not a nice area. No real food options, and the cafe has really limited hours.
