"Everything was amazing, especially the breakfast and the employees. The only negative thing I can say is there were tiny ants on the desk in my room, but those ants are EVERYWHERE, so I do not blame the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained."

So they forced me to pay again. That is unacceptable! Both, the local hotel and Hotels.com are responsible for the agreement they have with each other. Both should be accountable before the costumer. This is unacceptable!"

"Could you please invest more money into your continental breakfast. We loved everything but that, it was the only hiccup. We will be using your lovely hotel again. It was conveniently located to the conference site, food places, and tourist sites. Food places were ten minutes away. Located next to the major highway was a plus. Also ot was so quiet at night and boy was I grateful. We loved our time there."
