"Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. "Location: Great! About a 15-minute walk from the charming downtown of Bressanone and a short drive from some of the most scenic areas of the Dolomites (e.g. Val di Funes). Staff: Superb! Highly professional and courteous. Sasha, the bartender, deserves particular mention--extremely attentive, generous, and accommodating. Hotel amenities: Excellent. Use of the hotels bicycles--for free--was a particular pleasure. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was very pleasant. If there is a small downside to the property it is the lack of air conditioning, which was mildly uncomfortable on one night."
