The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . "The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together???
