"Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

Missed my flight connection so didn't arrive until the day after my first nights booking but despite there being a sign on the wall saying that No shows would be charged 50% of the first night, I didn't get any reduction in price. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"The breakfast was extraordinary - fresh baked local treats, fruit, phenomenal Italian yoghurt. (Note: There is no pool. Expedia explicitly asked about it, but there is not one so don't be disappointed.) Rooms are lovely, staff are fantastic, location is perfect. Truly a wonderful stay."
