"Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel.
Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può...

"A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee.
Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine.
