"This is my second time staying here. Its a lovely historic hotel with lots of character, centrally located near downtown Santa Rosa. Having an attached bar/restaurant is convenient. Staying here feels like a trip back in time, in a good way!! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds!! The AC kept the room at a comfortable temp without being noisy. Possibly haunted, though I didnt experience anything on either of my stays, haha."

"Toilet, didn’t flush very well, the Friday morning staff at the towel section was SUPER RUDE to me, I only asked for a QR code to order food and the guy that was running the towel section was so rude I almost asked for a refund.
