We stayed two nights at this property over the weekend. It was a very nice stay. Everyone was so kind, especially the people at the Front Desk. We also had massages at the spa and were great.

Muy buena estadía

Excelente estadía. Apartamentos muy amplios y cómodos y una muy buena ubicación, la única pega son las escaleras, íbamos con personas mayores y estuvimos en segundo piso lo que dificultó la movilidad. Desayuno muy bueno y parking espacioso.

Good quality for the price

A nice place. The photos are outdated (like SO MANY listings). the shiny pool cabanas are now pretty beaten up and faded. There is definitely room to fix up the property, stairs, balconies. The apartments are solid, but not great. And you can hear the conversation of your neighbors. But. Communication was very good, check in excellent. Ps I live in hotels, so try to be as reasonable as possible with reviews.

Es un buen apart, con departamentos amplios, pero no es tan bueno el nivel de sueño porque no puede oscurecerse bien la habitacion debido a las ventanas al costado de la cama y se siente ruido de la avenida

Reservamos conjuntamente dos habitaciones con desayuno, solo una lo tuvo incluįda y los precios de una y otra difirieron sin poder explicarnos el por qué, aparte que, la ubicación de ambas fueron en distintos pisos y secciones. El temporizador de la tarjeta para las luces estaba defectuoso, y se apagaba constantemente. El desayuno no era muy variado, el jamón dejaba que desear, así como el jugo de naranja que no era exprimido. La recepción estaba ubicada en el ingreso de la confitería. La comunicación telefónica directa externa con el hotel no existe, solo interna con las habitaciones, el 0800 y el WhatsApp no respondieron, desastre. Salvo las chicas encargadas de la limpieza, las de recepción y confitería fueron poco cordiales.
