"We are travelling through Italy by train. All booked hotels are within a reasonable walking distance, for this it was 12 minutes.
Due to poor communication, we had to walk to the office which was 15 minutes from the train station, which then gave us a 30 minute walk to our apartment. So we decided on a taxi, 30 minutes after waiting for a taxi, we were taken to our apartment.
Apartment was large, clean, and in a good spot."

"The hotel staff and room were extremely nice. If you are going to Lake Como, then you have to take a bus outside of the hotel for 10-15 minutes to get there but other than that it was a great hotel!"
"This was a last minute booking as my original booking from Travelocity/VRBO never sent check-in institutions and I was left stranded. This place was closer to where I wanted to be in town and the host was very fast and communicative. There is no fan or air conditioning so it was a bit hot, and the bed very stiff! Over all is was a good place to stay. "
