"The cabin was an excellent calming retreat listening to only the sounds of the birds and nature. The steps up to the cabins can be a bit steep (up to 30cm/ 12 inches) but assuming you are there to hike Park Tayrona it's a good warm up for the trails in the park. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and Kevin our front desk person, arranged an early breakfast so we could get to the hikes at break of dawn. Kevin also gave us a map outlining the hike options, distance of each hike and horse back...

"Amo que la terraza cierre tarde y el restaurante también si pudiera sugerir una mejora sería dejar la piscina abierta hasta las 10 o algo más tarde pero todo lo demás excelente desde la comida, a la atención, a la vista con gran ubicación. Un hotelazo. Mención honorífica a Ronald, Paula y Caleb. Muchas gracias por facilitar mi estadía y gracias a todo el personal del hotel en general! Siempre un gusto y altamente recomendado!"

"Our stay at the hotel was alright. It was three of us in the room but unfortunately everytime we recieved towels we would only be restocked with two and only provided the body towel rather than a hand towel as well. The shower in the bathroom also looked and sounded like it was about to fall off (picture attached). The pool was nice and the area is quiet but not too much to do around. The staff however created a lot of confusion when there was miscommunication about breakfast being included. We were under the impression breakfast was included in what we paid and our first day they took our room number and let us through without saying anything different. The next day however, they let us in for breakfast and only after we finished one rude hotel employee who was standing at the table where we come in for breakfast asked us to pay which then we went to speak to the front desk lady who also told us upon check in that we had breakfast included when our friend mentioned it. Unfortunately the interactions with the staff made our stay disappointing and made us wish we had booked with the regular Hilton instead."
