"Good breakfast. Rooms have been renovated, very sleek and modern.
The only thing that I would add is to have a coffee station in the bedroom or a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby."
"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing.
The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above! "
