"Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."

"The room we had was not attached to the hotel, but in a separate building. No issue with that at all because the room itself was huge. I expected something similar to a NYC small room, but the room itself was huge, with an amazing shower and walk in closet. Feel like we got lucky with this one. "

The front desk and bell staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Location is excellent — close to Termini, the metro, and within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions.
